What we are looking for :

• 4-6 years in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a revenue number you personally carried
• Hands-on WhatsApp-led journey building, end to end, with results you can point to
• Deep in a modern lifecycle platform - WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze (Scaler runs WebEngage)
• Background in quick-commerce, e-comm or D2C subscription, fintech, or another fast consumer business

• 15-minute pre-screen with MantriAI
• 30-45 min Live case study / Technical round with MantriAI
• Take home Assignment
• Interview rounds with Scaler's CRM and performance-marketing panel
• Final round with CMO
