Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Manager – FP&A & Accounts (7+ years) to lead both Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting Functions for an Omnichannel Brand. This role will own the end-to-end Accounting, Financial Reporting, Book Closure, Balance Sheet Finalization, Ledger Scrutiny, Reconciliations, Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, Ind AS), Audit Coordination , Accounts Payable & Receivable Management, Cash Flow Monitoring, and Internal Controls. Alongside this, the individual will lead Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Modelling, MIS & Board Reporting, Working Capital Planning, and Strategic Business Finance initiatives, partnering closely with business teams and leadership.

Ideal Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience across both Accounts/Controllership and FP&A/Business Finance, with a strong understanding of financial reporting with a prior exposure to FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Logistics, or startup environments.

Location: Delhi NCR (Gurugram)

NOTE: Candidates with experience in consumer based industries and early joiners will be preferred.
