What we are looking for :

• 2+ years building software, Python-first
• At least one LLM or agent thing you have built and can show - work or personal
• Comfort owning a problem end to end: the PRD, the spec, and the Python/LLM MVP
• You can explain and debug your own code, including the parts AI wrote
• Hands-on builder energy. This is an IC seat, not a management role
